  • Judy Chang

    Ms. Judy Chang is the Undersecretary of Energy and Climate Solutions for Massachusetts. She is leading Massachusetts’ effort in setting policies across the energy sector in the state, working across agencies in aligning the strategies and plans for decarbonization and climate mitigation. Ms. Chang is an energy economist and policy expert with a background in electrical engineering. Prior to joining Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, she co-led the energy practice at The Brattle Group, an economic consulting company, based in Boston, with global presence. Ms. Chang has over 20 years of experience in advising energy companies on regulatory and financial issues, particularly as they relate to investment decisions in transmission, clean energy, and storage.

  • (Jimmy) Hiu Fai Cheung

    (Jimmy) Hiu Fai Cheung is a Senior Sales Manager at GE Renewable Hybrids. Jimmy is a 2011 graduate of UMass Amherst. After graduation, Jimmy spent some time working in corporate finance before he realized he wanted a career that would allow him to create a more direct, tangible impact to tackle critical global issues facing us today. He then began his work in the renewable energy sector, where for the past several years he has led the development and productization of award-winning, next-generation hybrid clean energy technologies that are helping to shape and transform the energy industry.

  • Peter F. Green

    Peter F. Green is the Deputy Laboratory Director for Science and Technology, and the Chief Research Officer, for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Prior to his appointment in this role in 2016, he was a senior member of the technical staff and Manager at Sandia National Laboratories, and a member of the faculties of The University of Texas, and The University of Michigan. Green is a former President of the Materials Research Society (MRS). He is a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK), the American Physical Society and the MRS. He earned his doctorate in Materials Science and engineering from Cornell University.

  • Roger Kranenburg

    Roger Kranenburg is Vice President of Energy Policy & Strategy at Eversource Energy. He is responsible for clean energy and growth strategy and policies plus transportation electrification and battery storage.

    Prior, he was with IHS Markit (formerly CERA) advising the top electric utilities and power sector owners/operators and suppliers in North America, Europe, and globally on energy sector transformation, investment and operations. He was also at the Edison Electric Institute.

    A CFA charterholder, he holds an electrical engineering BSc, MSc and an MBA and completed Leadership for Senior Executives and Preparing to Be a Corporate Director at Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Woodwell Climate Research Center.
